When visitors interact with a CaptureBot widget on a client's website, we may collect: name, phone number, and chat messages voluntarily submitted through the chat interface. We also collect anonymized telemetry data (page views, chat opens, button clicks) for service improvement.
Personal data submitted via the chat widget is stored in our database and shared only with the business whose website the visitor interacted with. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on Supabase (hosted in EU — Frankfurt, Germany) with row-level security. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3).
CaptureBot includes a visible TCPA consent disclaimer in the chat interface. By submitting their phone number, visitors consent to receive calls and text messages regarding their inquiry.
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at haris@capturebotpro.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
